QRCodeForLife is a QR code generation and management platform that allows users to:

• Manage subscription plans and billing

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes linking to malware, phishing, or fraudulent sites
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited content
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Conduct automated scraping or crawling
• Violate intellectual property rights

5. Free Plan Terms

The Free plan includes:

• 1 QR code, lifetime access
• No expiration date
• Email support

Free accounts may be suspended if inactive for more than 12 months. We will notify you before any suspension.

6. Pro Plan & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €2/month. By purchasing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Billing continues until you cancel
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months

7. Add-on Purchases

One-time purchases (e.g., "+5 QR codes for €1") are non-refundable once completed. These purchases immediately increase your account limits.

8. Intellectual Property

QRCodeForLife and its content are protected by copyright. You retain ownership of QR codes you create, but grant us a license to store and display them.

9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL QRCODEFORLIFE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Third-party actions through links you created

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, bugs, or external factors.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of major changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved under French law and jurisdiction.
